Brufani's, the hotel’s own restaurant has a capacity of 45 and offers a wide-ranging à la carte menu, with ingredients selected and bought from local suppliers on a daily basis by the head chef. Diners can choose from such dishes as salad of avocado, melon and stilton served with a basil and honey dressing, sun-dried tomato and goat’s cheese tartlet, and poached salmon fillet with julienne of carrots and courgettes in lobster sauce. The restaurant also has a specials board, with a choice of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, which changes daily. The comprehensive wine list offers a selection of wines that have been specially chosen to complement your meal. Since taking over the running of the hotel in 2000, the current owners have spearheaded a programme of refurbishments and improvements on the premises.
