Food is served daily in the Promenade Lounge from 12:00 until 14:00. The Captain's Table restaurant is open for evening meals from 19:00 until 21:00. A full Welsh continental and cooked breakfast is served daily between 08:00 and 09:30.

With a unique position overlooking Central Beach, this large, modern hotel with indoor pool boasts rooms with views across the beach, the Irish Sea or Prestatyn’s hills. Originally built as a yacht club, and later a golf club, the building incorporates the beach’s original sea wall. The hotel is now being transformed by its new Irish owners into a friendly, comfortable, home-from-home for all visitors to Prestatyn. All rooms have been renovated with the fresh, clean colours of the beach. The large, indoor pool and spa and the fully equipped gym offer plenty of scope for active entertainment. For less mobile guests there is a lift to all floors including the Promenade bar and patio area on the first floor.

By Car From Manchester: - Travel west along the M56 and A55. From Liverpool: - Travel south-west on the M53 to join the A55. From Chester: - Travel west along the A55 to junction 27. - Follow the A55 to the A525, and then to the A547 which brings you to the centre of Prestatyn. - On entering Prestatyn, follow the signs to 'Beaches' to the sea front. By Public Transport The train station is 10 minutes’ walk from the Beaches Hotel, and the bus station is 15 minutes’ walk.

Due to TV remote controls being taken (therefore rendering the TV useless) H.Q will charge a GBP 10 refundable deposit. Please bear in mind all rooms have a maximum capacity (fire regulations). Should you exceed that capacity, H.Q reserves the right to refuse you.

The restaurant offers a range of meals, all made with fresh ingredients and locally sourced produce. The chef can cater for those with special dietary requirements, although 24 hours notice would be advisable. The restaurant is open from 17:00 to 21:00, Tuesday to Saturday, and from 12:00 to 16:30 on Sundays.

This family hotel/public house features a well-stocked bar, a sunny beer garden with ample seating and an off-road private car park at the front and to the rear of the building. Halcyon Quest (H.Q) is situated just 2 minutes’ walk from Prestatyn high street and is within easy walking distance of the beach and many other picturesque strolls, including the historic Offas Dyke pathway. H.Q is within 10 miles of 8 excellent golf courses, and Prestatyn Golf Links has Championship status. For the discerning golfer, the team at H.Q offers golfing mini-breaks, with transport to and from any golf course you choose. Details are available on request. Prestatyn has good access to all parts of the country. The a55 Expressway links to the motorway network of the m56 and m6. We have excellent regular bus and train services to Chester, Liverpool and Llandudno with links to London and Irish Super Ferries to Holyhead.

24 hour cancellation policy. Refund only if room/s were re-booked. A credit card is required as a guarantee. If you think you may arrive outside of our opening times (3 pm to 11.30 pm), if at all possible please state a time, or you may call a given telephone number displayed on the window upon your arrival, and somebody will be with you within 5 minutes. A deposit is required if you want a remote control for the tv.
