From Perth - Take a9 northbound for Pitlochry. Leave a9 at Pitlochry onto Foss Road. Turn onto Bridge Road and follow the road to the left onto Atholl Road. Continue down the road, towards the tourist information centre and railway station. We are on the left, next to the railway station, and opposite the Post Office.

Fishers Hotel has commenced on an upgrade and investment that will see the hotel returned to its former glory. The project has already begun and it is anticipated that it will be continuing until Autumn 2008. There will be no disruption to guest services inside the hotel and the guests will receive the best of service and professionalism at all times. Please be advised however that at present there is scaffolding around the hotel and work is being carried out during daylight hours Mondays – Fridays. Also the main entrance to the hotel will be closed off at some point and an alternative entrance will be created to accommodate our guests.

Arriving by car from the south (Perth) side of Pitlochry, you pass the Bells distillery on the right and a bp filling station on the left. The road then runs under a railway bridge through which you will see the Birchwood sign framed in the arch. First turn on the right is East Moulin Road - take it and our entrance is 100m on the right. From the north (Inverness) side drive through the centre of Pitlochry. After you leave the central area you will pass the Tourist Information on the left, then a police station. Next road is East Moulin Road - take it and our entrance is 100m on the right. For visitors arriving by train or bus, we'll be happy to arrange collection.

From the South: Leave the a9 at the main Pitlochry turn off and follow the road for about 1.5 miles. You will pass a garage on the left and then go under the railway bridge. The hotel is about 100 metres further on, on the right. From the North: Leave the a9 on the main Pitlochry turn off and follow the slip road to the t junction, turn left and follow the road that takes you through the centre of town. After the shops and the Tourist Information, look out for the Police Station, we are 100 yards further on, on the left.
