Directions: Travelling on the A11(from Thetford /Norwich): - A11 until you reach the exit for the A1304 to Newmarket - At the traffic lights carry straight on, this is the Bury Road - The hotel is located a mile on the right hand side of the road. Travelling on the A11 (from Cambridge): - A11 until you reach the A14 - A14 until you reach the exit for the A142 Ely etc. - At the end of the slip road turn right, this will bring you past Tescos and an industrial estate, keep on this road for about 1 miles, until you reach the town centre. - Just before the roundabout turn left, then left again, this is the Bury Road - The hotel is located a mile on the left hand side. Travelling from London: - From the M11 take Junction 9 for the A11 - From the A11 take the exit for the A1304 through Six mile Bottom - At the roundabout take the second exit towards Newmarket - Travel through the High Street - At the roundabout (focal point, Clocktower) travel straight on, this is the Bury Road - The hotel is located a mile on the left hand side. Travelling West on the A14 (from Bury St Edmunds/Ipswich): - Exit for B1506 Kentford/Kennett - Travel along this road towards Newmarket - On the outskirts of Newmarket you will see some traffic lights, travel straight on, this is the Bury Road - The hotel is located a mile on the right hand side. Please note that there are refurbishment plans due to take place to the swimming pool and surrounding area between the 16th June 2008 until the 26th July 2008. Whilst the pool will be out of order for the refurbishment the gym will continue to be available. Over this time the hotel has arranged for guests to have the alternative option of complimentary access to 2 local pools. The hotel apologises for any inconvenience caused.

By car: From Bury St Edmunds / Cambridge / A14: - Follow the A14 to Newmarket. - Leave the A14 at Junction 37 (sign posted for Newmarket). - Turn onto the A142. - Take the 1st exit of each of the next 2 mini roundabouts (sign posted for Town Centre). - Go straight over at the traffic lights and then bear into the right hand lane. - Take the 3rd exit off the Clock tower roundabout down the main high street. - Take the 2nd left (just before the 1st set of traffic lights) into the car park at the end of the hotel. From Stanstead / M11: - Follow M11 (sign posted for Cambridge). - Bear left onto the A11 at Junction 9 (sign posted for Newmarket, Norwich). - Take the A1304 to Newmarket. - Travel through the hamlet Six Mile Bottom. - At the roundabout take the 3rd exit (sign posted for Newmarket). - Continue along this road through the main high street. - Just after the 4th set of traffic lights turn right into the Rutland Arms car park. Parking: Parking for a maximum of 50 vehicles is available at the hotel. By train: From Newmarket Railway Station (0.6 miles / 950 m): - Leave the station and walk ahead along Station Approach. - Turn left into The Ave. - At the junction, turn right. The hotel will be approximately 450 metres on your right.

N & W, Take the A14 towards Newmarket exit A14 @ A1304. Stay in right hand side of slip lane & follow the signs to for A1303 to Newmarket, with the Prince Albert pub on your left turn right just after it. Keep going for about 5 miles until you reach the cross roads in Six Mile Bottom turn left onto London rd & Swynford is about 300 yards up on your left. N & E, Take the B1506 signposted to Newmarket. Drive straight through the town centre, past the racecourse on your right and the Jockey club on your left.
