A full English breakfast is served between 07:30 and 09:15 on weekdays, or between 08:00 and 10.15 on Saturdays and Sundays. On 25, 26 December and 01 January 2008, a substantial continental breakfast is served. An evening meal room service is available from Monday to Thursday, served between 17:30 and 20:00.

The hotel is situated on the a46 Shurdington Road, which is the extension of Bath Road. From Oxford on the a40, look for the sign of the a46 Stroud & Shurdington. At the roundabout in Bath Road, take the right hand road at the Norwood Arms Pub. The hotel is 200 yards on the left after the pub, before the traffic lights. From the m5, take exit 11 and follow signs to Cheltenham. At the first roundabout (Golden Valley) exit roundabout at 2 o'clock towards Shurdington. Go over several little roundabouts, always following the signs to Shurdington. Ignore all signs for Cheltenham. Eventually on a straight road, you will go past Morrisons supermarket on your left. On the next T- junction/roundabout follow the sign to Cheltenham. After one mile, and passing through pedestrian lights, you will reach traffic lights at a crossroad junction, go straight over and the hotel is the fourth property on your right.

Payment Information: For bookings of 4 rooms or more, Beaumont House will charge your credit card with a 25% non-refundable deposit. This will be done either at the time of booking or 6 weeks before arrival, as appropriate. For bookings coinciding with race meetings, 100% (non-refundable) will be charged at the time of booking. Additional Cancellation Policy Information: The 72-hour cancellation policy is based on being advised before 12:00 (noon), 3 days before arrival. Otherwise the appropriate cancellation charges will apply (see cancellation policy section for details). All cancellations must be processed online, not direct with Beaumont House. Should guests shorten their booking after arrival (e.g. leave after 2 nights having booked for 3), the standard 72-hour cancellation policy will still apply. Over the Christmas and New Year period, a 21-day cancellation policy applies, with the 1st night being charged 21 days before arrival. If in doubt, please contact Beaumont House for clarification, using the contact information provided on your booking confirmation email. Minimum Stay: On certain days (Saturdays) and at certain times (festivals and events), a minimum stay policy applies. For example, if you book for the 2 nights Friday and Saturday, and later wish to cancel the Friday night, this will not be possible. Additional Child Policy Information: Children over the age of 10 are welcome during the week. Children of any age are welcome at weekends. However, please note, cots and high chairs are not always available at the hotel. Other Information: For the comfort of all guests, Beaumont House follows a strict non-smoking policy throughout the premises. The Townhouse is located on Pittville Lawn which runs parallel to the a435 Evesham road, half of a mile north of the town centre. If approaching from the North, m5, heading south, leave at j9 and take the first exit, after 2 1/2 miles you will come to a large roundabout on the a46/a435, take the fourth exit signposted to Cheltenham. Follow this road into town, through Bishops Cleeve and then past the Racecourse on your left hand side. Continue into town. For the front of the hotel, turn left at the first set of lights, at the end of the park into Wellington Road, then first right into Pittville Lawn, we are 50 metres along on the right hand side. For the car park at the back of the hotel, go to the second set of lights and turn left into Clarence Road and then take the first left into Pittville Mews, the car park is at the end on the right hand side. From the south and west, go to the centre of town and take the ring road, following the signs for the a435 Evesham Road which heads north out of the town. The first section of this Road is called Portland Street, this is very near the hotel, when you get onto this road there is a large municipal Car Park on your left hand side and a set of lights in front of you. For the Hotel Car park, turn right at those lights into Clarence Road and then left after fifty metres into Pittville Mews, the Car park is at the end of the Mews on the right hand side. For the front of the hotel go through the first set of lights and turn right at the second into Wellington Road, then take the first right again into Pittville Lawn, we are some 50 metres down on the right hand side. From the East, oxford, enter town on the a40, at the fourth major intersection with traffic lights, turn right into Hewlett Road, follow this up to a mini roundabout and bear slightly left into All Saints Road, follow this around Pittville Circus and straight across the next roundabout into Wellington Road, we are then the second turning on the left, Pittville Lawn, the hotel is 50 metres along on the right hand side.
