From M20 j6 - At the exit roundabout, follow signs A229 towards Chatham. You will join a dual carriageway. As you approach the brow of the hill, after the petrol station, stay in the left hand lane and take slip road signposted Chatham/M2. Filter through to the roundabout, again staying in the left hand lane. At this roundabout take the second exit signposted Walderslade, which leads you downhill to the next roundabout. At this roundabout there are two sets of traffic lights - stay in the middle lane as you approach the first and second set as you will be taking the third exit signposted Walderslade. The hotel entrance is situated immediately (25 metres) on the left as you exit the roundabout. From M2 J3 (heading south away from London) - Approach the exit from the motorway in the left hand lane. At the first roundabout stay in the left hand lane and take the first exit, keep in the left hand lane. You will turn left at the traffic lights signposted Chatham. Continue on this road until you reach the next roundabout. As you approach this roundabout you will see the hotel on your right, but you need to continue around the roundabout to access the hotel (passing under the flyover). Approach the roundabout in the right hand lane signposted Walderslade. There are three sets of traffic lights on this roundabout. Approach the second set of lights in the middle lane and the third set of lights in the left hand lane. The hotel entrance is situated immediately (25 metres) on the left after exiting the roundabout. From M2 J3 (heading north to London) - Approach the exit from the motorway in the left hand lane. At the first roundabout take the third exit signposted Walderslade. Stay in the left hand lane and turn left at the traffic lights signposted Chatham. Continue on this road until you reach the roundabout. As you approach this roundabout you will see the hotel on your right, but you need to continue around the roundabout to access the hotel. By Car From the North and East (M25): - Leave the M25 at junction 2. Follow the A2 southbound signposted Canterbury. - Exit from the M2 at Junction 1 towards A289/ A228/ Rochester/ Gillingham. - After 3.5 miles, at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit. - At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto the A289 (Anthony’s Way). - At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the A289. - After the Medway Tunnel, keep left onto the slip road. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Maritime Way. - At the next small roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Dock Road. Our hotel is located on the left-hand side. - When entering Chatham you can also follow the anchor signs towards the Historic Dockyard. From the West and Gatwick Airport (M25): - From London Gatwick follow the M23 north, signposted London. - Take the exit for the M25, signposted Dartford Tunnel. - Join the M25 towards Dartford. Exit the M25 at junction 5 and take the M26 towards the Channel Tunnel / Maidstone. - The M26 merges with the M20. Leave the M20 at junction 6, signposted Chatham. - Arriving in Chatham, follow the brown tourist signs for Chatham Historic Dockyard (brown anchor). These signs will bring you to the hotel. From the South (M2): - Leave the M2 at Junction 4 and take the A289. - Follow the brown tourist signs for Chatham Historic Dockyard.
