Payment Information: Credit/debit cards are validated at the time of booking and then must be authenticated on arrival. Guests are therefore kindly requested to bring with them the same credit/debit card they used to make the booking, so that the payment can be authenticated. For third party payments, you should contact the guest house directly. Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited both inside Ingledene House and outside the front door. A special designated smoking area, together with an ashtray, can be found at the side of the property. A GBP 100 cleaning charge will be applied by the guest house to guests violating this policy. Anti-Social Behaviour: Guests are allowed a front door key and are given no curfew, but are prohibited to bring unregistered guests back to the guest house, or to create any disturbance between the hours of 23:00 and 08:00. Guests attempting to do so will be charged an additional amount at the discretion of the guest house management. Arrivals and Check-Out: Guests arriving outside the normal check-in times of 14:00 and 20:00 should contact Ingledene House directly to make special arrangements.
