There is a live entertainment show staged every evening at the hotel. During the school holidays, there is also a children's entertainment programme, along with an amusement arcade and 36-seater cinema that remain open all year round. The leisure club is open every day, from 07:00 until 22:00. Please note that children are not permitted to use the leisure club before 08:00, after 18.00, or between 12:00 and 14:00. The wide range of treatments available at the leisure club includes facials, massages, tanning, manicures and pedicures. For those with restricted mobility, the hotel provides a lift to all floors and a ramp at side of the hotel giving easy access to main hotel entrance. However, please note that the inside of the hotel is not suitable for wheelchairs. The Ball Room & Chelsea Bar host entertainment most evenings, including dancing and sing-a-longs provided by the resident DJs and organist, along with regular cabaret artistes and Bingo. A games room with a pool table, video games and more is also available. A late night key is available upon request, although the hotel does request that if you are coming back late that you respect other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum.

The hotel has just been fully refurbished and upgraded to what we consider is a premier standard, and comprises of 15 bedrooms (singles, doubles, & twin rooms) all with en suite facilities. There is a sun lounge to sit and relax in, a lounge bar with evening bar menu, and two dining rooms where we serve a choice of Continental or full English breakfast. The two dining rooms are decorated in a French cafe style and can be used for small receptions or business functions. There is a lift to all floors except the top floor. We have a non-smoking policy throughout the hotel.

Follow M55 signs for North Shore. You will eventually come onto the North Shore Promenade. Head towards Cleveleys/Fleetwood and follow the front till you come to Gynn Square roundabout. Take the 1st turning off the roundabout onto Queens Promenade. Drive along the front for approx 1 mile and you will come to a set of major traffic lights. The hotel is the first hotel 60yds on the right past the traffic lights.
