By Car: - Take the M55 juction off the M6. - Follow the M55 all the way till you come to a roundabout (end of M55) go straight over the roundabout and straight over the next 2 roundabouts. - Go straight over the traffic lights and turn left into the car park (signed Lonsdale Road car park). There is normally a height restriction on the car park entrance. - Lonsdale Road is the only road exit from the car park and the hotel is based on the left hand-side, about half way down.

By Car (from the M6): - Exit the M6at junction 32 and proceed onto the M55. - Stay on the M55 for about 14 miles and exit at junction 4 (A5230). - Stay on the dual carriageway following signs for South Shore and turn right at the T-junction. - Join the promenade and bear right at the 1st pier into Station Road and the hotel is located on the left hand side. Parking: To be guaranteed a parking space, we have recently negotiated parking with a secure lock up facility 150 yards from our hotel. You can make a reservation to park when booking (at an additional cost).

The hotel requires that all bookings are confirmed when a deposit (non-refundable) of GBP 20 per person has been paid, this deposit will be taken from your credit card. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required during public holiday weekends and also during the Illuminations.

The Hotel is situated on the sea front along Blackpool's famous Promenade over looking the Irish sea. We are a quiet hotel in a quiet area called Bispham, two miles north of the tower and a mile away from Cleveleys, adjacent to the start of the illuminations. Just across the road is Bispham tram station and round the corner on Red Bank road are local shops, Banks, and plenty of restaurants and cafe's catering for most tastes in food and drink. Follow M55 signs for North Shore. You will eventually come onto the North Shore Promenade. Head towards Cleveleys/Fleetwood and follow the front till you come to Gynn Square roundabout. The hotel is the first hotel 60yds on the right past the traffic lights.

By Car: From the M55: - When approaching Blackpool from the M55 do not take the Blackpool exit, instead continue and follow signs for the car parks. - Drive straight through the car parks and this will bring you out on Central Drive by Coral Island. - Turn left at Coral Island to go onto the sea front. - At the sea front, turn right and travel past Blackpool Tower, the North Pier and the Metropole Hotel. - Just after the Metropole Hotel, turn right into Cocker Street and go straight on over Dickson Road and Lord Street. - You will then come to a public house called The Mount Pleasant. - Turn right and Lynmar is located 5 houses down on the right. From the M55 (junction 4): recommended during the Blackpool Illuminations. - Leave the M55 at junction 4, signposted for Blackpool and the North Shore. - At roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Preston New Road (A583, signposted for Blackpool). - Go straight ahead and at the end of Whitegate Drive, continue straight onto Park Road and again follow the road through to the end. - At the end of Park Road turn left (you have no choice as its a one-way system). - Move into the centre lane in order to turn right at the next set of lights 50 metres ahead onto Cookson Street. - Follow Cookson Street until you get to the 2nd set of traffic lights and move into the right-hand lane. - Turn left staying in the right hand lane which turns right at the Wilkinson shop. - Now move over into the left lane which is Dickson Road. - Just after the Zebra crossing turn right onto Cocker Street (you will see the Cosy Corner Cafe on the right, opposite a small church). - Drive along across Lord Street and at the next street (High Street), you will see The Mount Pleasant pub on the left corner. - Turn right and Lynmar are 5 doors down on the right.
