Set on Ayr's seafront, the hotel has been owned by the same Meikle family for almost 30 years now and in their time have made many improvements. The full Scottish breakfast features ingredients sourced from surrounding farms where possible. Tea and coffee as well as a selection of juices, cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurts and breakfast bars are served. Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 09:00. For those departing early, a continental breakfast is offered. Packed lunches can be prepared on request. Grange View is surrounded by excellent restaurants and bars, many of which are only a few minutes’ walk away. Your hosts Joanne and Ross will be only happy to make dinner reservations and give recommendations.

By Air Grange View is approximately 10 minutes’ drive from Prestwick Airport. By Public Transport Grange View is 2 minutes’ walk from the railway station and a 10-minute walk from the bus station.

Turas-Mara Guesthouse are happy to wait up for any guests who will be arriving after 22.30. This is by prior arrangement only and must be indicated at the time of booking, giving your flight number if applicable. The guest house also provide a light supper for any guests arriving after 21:00 (at an additional cost). Please indicate at time of booking and details will be sent to you.
