All of the spacious rooms are luxuriously decorated and furnished, including all modern comforts you would expect of a traditional Lake District hotel. Some rooms enjoy lake views.
Restauració
Served in the stylish dining room with its fine antique furniture and relaxed atmosphere, all meals are prepared to a very high standard with its focus on traditional hearty home-cooked food. Locally sourced ingredients are used wherever possible. Staff are attentive without being obtrusive.
A traditional full English breakfast is served in the dining room from 08:30 - 09:00 and dinner is served at 19:00.

Shoppers and browsers will delight in the speciality stores and attractions in nearby Windermere and Bowness. Whilst a drive over the Hard Knott pass is for the courageous with its 1 in 3 and 2.5 gradients - but the views are spectacular.
