Guest House delightfully situated, overlooking a nature reserve and the spectacular North Devon coast. Varley House was built at the turn of the 19th Century to revitalise and refresh officers returning from the Boer War.

Travelling from the east:
Take junction 27 off of the M5 to join the A361. At Aller Cross Roundabout, take the A399 through Combe Martin towards Ilfracombe. Go through Hele Bay. Chambercombe Park is the turning on the left opposite the Swimming Pool. For a less winding route, continue on the A361 through Barnstaple to Ilfracombe. Follow the signs for the town centre and take the right fork in the road at the end of the high street. Continue straight on at the traffic lights and pass the Thatched Inn pub on the right. Take the second right into Chambercombe Park. Varley House is on the right, on a right hand bend.

A non-refundable deposit of £72.00 is required by the Varley House upon booking.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 72.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 5 years are welcome.
Baby cots are not available.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 72 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
