The Richmond Hotel, set on the main Georgian promenade at the heart of the historic town of Aberystwyth.

The Richond Hotel has been a family run hotel for over 30 years. In that time we have enjoyed greeting many new guests and elcoming back many regulars. The hotel was originally built as two town houses for prosperous merchants and, in patnership with the Wales Tourist Board, Ceredigion County Council and Cadw, we have recently completed an overhaulof the hotel frontage to restore it to its original Georgian splendour. We run the hotel with traditional values bu are geared up for the 21st century, with all the modern amenities that our guests would expect. We know that the uccess of our hotel has come about thanks to the support of all our past customers and look forward to welcoming newand existing customers in the future. The hotel has a comfortable lounge with its own bar where guests can enjoy apanoramic view of Cardigan Bay. It provides a relaxing escape in a warm, friendly and pleasant atmosphere. We haveall our Bedrooms as Non-smoking rooms. Please note that our bedrooms have either a bath or a shower and NOT both. Pease indicate if you have a preference so that we can try and match a room to your needs. The hotel does not have alift so please advise if a room on the first or second floor is required, prior to making a reservation. There i a small garden at the rear of the hotel which offers an opportunity to relax outdoors in fine weather.
