Umi Suites are situated only a couple of minutes away from Kensington Gardens and Bayswater Road, which makes it easily accessible via public transport. Both Queensway and Bayswater Underground stations are within a short walk, as is the famous antique market at Portobello Road.

All of the suites have a king-size bed, although twin beds are available on request. Each suite has its own fully equipped kitchenette and a sofa or armchairs. The stylish and contemporary bathrooms feature high-quality toiletries and bathroom products from Gilchrist & Soames.
In addition to the listed facilities, each apartment includes a welcome drink upon arrival, a hospitality tray, a home entertainment system and an evening newspaper from Monday to Friday.

1356 restaurant and late bar are situated just 100 metres down the road at the sister property, Umi hotel. At night, 1356 serves great-value, freshly prepared European food, amazing cocktails and funky in-house entertainment. Live sports are shown on a large plasma-screen TV, providing a wonderful atmosphere in which to relax or party at night. 1356 is available for private hire for a product launch, office party or family celebration.
Breakfast is not included, but cafe-style continental breakfasts and full English breakfasts are available at an additional cost at the Umi Umi Suites between 07:00 and 12:00 daily.
