Situated just off the A74 opposite the Nautical College, the Premier Inn Glasgow City Centre South is ideally located for the Sheriff's Court Buildings and the National Science Centre. Glasgow International Airport is just a short journey away.

From the North/ East:
- Exit onto M8 slip road (junction 15) marked cathedral.
- Travel straight through the 1st set of traffic lights and turn left at the next set of traffic lights.
- At the following set of traffic lights, turn right onto the A8 Castle Street and travel for approximately one mile until you are over the Albert Bridge.
- Turn right at the next set of traffic lights onto the A74 Ballater Street.
- The is situated on the left-hand side.
From the south:
- From the M74, bear left onto the M74 (junction 4).
- Exit to the left onto the M73.
- Exit to the left slip road and continue straight ahead onto the M8.
- Exit onto the M8 slip road (junction 15) marked cathedral.
- Now follow directions as above from the north.
From Glasgow Airport/ the west:
- Exit the M8 at junction 21 following signs for East Kilbride/ Tradeston.
- Turn right onto Paisley Road A8.
- Continue under road bridge (one way).
- Follow road round to the left onto Clyde Street.
- Keep to the right-hand lanes and continue straight through the 1st set of traffic lights under the railway bridge.
- At the next set of traffic lights turn right onto Bridge Street. - At the 1st set of traffic lights on Bridge Street, turn left onto Oxford Street.
- After a short distance, turn right onto Portland Street and left onto A74 Ballater Street.
- Continue along Ballater Street.
- The car park is accessed by turning right at the 4th set of traffic lights just beyond the railway bridge.
