Southbank is a Georgian Town House over 200 years Old. Situated in a quiet road, we are in the heart of Elgin with a few minutes walk to town centre where you will find shops and restaurants.
We are popular with golf, fishing, castle and malt whisky seekers. We have beautiful beaches only 10 minutes away where you may spot bottle nose dolphins or maybe even a minki whale. We are close to many museums, the famous Johnsons Cashmere Centre or even Baxters where you can even sample a local pancake.

All rooms in the main house contain en suite shower rooms, whilst superior double/triple rooms in the new annexe contain en suite bathrooms with a bath and shower. The annexe twin room contains a large shower.
All rooms contain a flat-screen TV and a selection of other convenient facilities (see individual room details for a complete list).

The guest house is a short walk away from the town centre and all its shops and restaurants.
Southbank Guesthouse is situated 8 km (5 miles) from the nearest beaches and is situated in the middle of the Whisky Trail. Close by are also the Glen Moray distillery, the Elgin Cathedral ruins and biblical gardens.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
