The gallery dining room, displaying original paintings by local artists, serves freshly prepared and carefully presented home cooked cuisine using locally farmed produce as available. The dining room leads to the sun terrace overlooking the harbour, where you can relax with your morning coffee or an aperitif in the evening. Relax in the cosy bar where a good selection of beers, wines and spirits including malt whiskeys and fine brandies are available for you to enjoy.

Please advise at the time of booking if you would prefer a room on the lower floor and The Collingdale will endeavour to meet your request. For those happy to stay on a top floor, there are fantastic views.

Our spacious dining room which leads to the sun terrace also has wonderful sea views. Our delicious home cooked cuisine is freshly prepared each day using locally sourced produce wherever possible.
